Children and information about extra beds

Children from the age of 3 can stay in additional beds (child bed/cot) for a charge of 1,200.00 RUB a night providing they share a room with their parents or guardians. Additional beds (child bed/cot) available on request.

Chargeable parking available. Cost: 350.00 RUB per day.

All guests checking into hotels to Krasnodar Region must provide one of the following documents: a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of receipt of the first vaccine component; a negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days; a medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection transferred over the past 6 months; a certificate from a medical institution about a medical withdrawal and a negative result of a PCR test. Minors from 15 to 18 years old also need to present a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Guests are allowed to enter the hotel restaurant only by QR codes of vaccination against COVID-19. In the absence of a QR code, breakfast is provided in the room.

From 01.07.2021, a negative PCR test for Covid-19 must be provided for the settlement of children from 0 to 18 years old.

From 15.11.2021 to 22.11.2021 the pool will be closed.

The resort fee is payable starting from 2 nights of stay.

Guests with children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the spa center, outdoor pool and thermal zone.

Children from 2 to 10 years old are not allowed to enter the pool and thermal zone in the morning from 09:00 to 11:00 and in the evening from 20:00 to 22:00.

Guests are charged a prepayment of 100% of the cost of living.

If you cancel the booking more than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival, a penalty of the amount of the cost of one day of stay is charged. If you cancel the booking less than 30 calendar days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.

Children under 5 years old (inclusive) are accommodated free of charge in the room with their parents without extra bed. Baby cots are available free of charge upon availability and on request. And only free breakfast is available for a child.

Children from 6 to 12 years old (inclusive) are accommodated in a room with their parents with the provision of an extra bed (euro folding bed) and breakfast for an additional fee.

Guests aged 13 and older are considered adults and are subject to an additional charge.
