Special living conditions

A deposit of 50,000.00 RUB per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.

You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.

All guests checking into hotels to Krasnodar Region must provide one of the following documents: a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of receipt of the first vaccine component; a negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days; a medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection transferred over the past 6 months; a certificate from a medical institution about a medical withdrawal and a negative result of a PCR test. PCR test should be done no earlier than 48 hours before check-in. Minors from 15 to 18 years old also need to present a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Due to the dangerous epidemiological situation, the hotel only accepts guests on business trips. Upon arrival, guests must have with them a document confirming the official purpose of the trip (trip order, official certificate, etc.)

• If you require a visa to enter the country, your property may be able to help with the supporting documents needed to obtain one. To learn more, you can reach out to the property via the contact details included on your booking confirmation. The property may charge for this assistance, even if you end up cancelling your reservation. All arrangements are solely between the property and yourself.
Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.
• The seasonal pool will be open from June to August.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: RUB 50000.0 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: RUB 10 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
