All guests checking into hotels to Krasnodar Region must provide one of the following documents: a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of receipt of the first vaccine component; a negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days; a medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection transferred over the past 6 months; a certificate from a medical institution about a medical withdrawal and a negative result of a PCR test. Minors from 15 to 18 years old also need to present a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

A prepayment of the cost of 1 night staying is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in case when guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before arrival date. Administrator of the hotel will contact guest after booking to inform him about ways of making the prepayment and cancelation policy.

Breakfast is available upon request for RUB 350.00 per person per night.

Pets are allowed. This service may be charged.

Children and extra beds:

Allowed to stay children of any age.

All children under 2 years are charged RUB 500.00 per night for cots.

All children under 12 years are charged RUB 700.00 per night for extra beds.

All further older children or adults are charged RUB 1,000.00 per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Meals included in the room rate are provided in a cafe across the street.
