Special living conditions

You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.

All guests checking into hotels to Krasnodar Region must provide one of the following documents: a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of receipt of the first vaccine component; a negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days; a medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection transferred over the past 6 months; a certificate from a medical institution about a medical withdrawal and a negative result of a PCR test. Minors from 15 to 18 years old also need to present a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

To check-in to the hotel, guests must provide one of the following documents:

- a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test for Covid-19 with a medical withdrawal from vaccination(the test must be made no more than 72 hours before arrival

- medical certificate with QR-code of vaccination against Covid-19

- medical certificate with the QR code on Covid-19 disease, provided that recovery occurred within 6 months before check-in

- certificate of the presence of class G antibodies (IgG) to coronavirus, issued no later than 30 days before check-in.

Entrance to the restaurant is only by QR code.

Children are only accommodated at the hotel upon presentation of a birth certificate or passport.

A shuttle service is available from the hotel every 15 minutes to the beach across from Fisht Stadium in Olympic Park.

Minibar deposit: 5,000.00 RUB.

The business quadruple room has only a double bed and a narrow sofa; an extra bed is available at an additional cost. Some rooms may have transforming beds: either twin or double bed.
